Jerry Morrissey grew up in Skaneateles and after graduating from college, spent five years pursuing his dream of playing professional ice hockey. Three of those years were spent in Europe playing semi-professionally. After ending his hockey career, he moved back to Skaneateles and began his quest as an entrepreneur in developing healthcare products, as well as in real estate.

After working for a global real estate franchise and winning numerous sales awards; Jerry and his partners started FLR in early 2010, in the midst of the down market. Jane prides herself on her high level of organization and attention to detail. Her dedication in forming exceptional relationships with her clients has been rewarded with considerable repeat and referral business. Jane graduated from Clarkson University, and worked for 16 years as a Systems Analyst / Manufacturing Engineer before deciding to dedicate her career, full-time, to real estate. Jane’s problem-solving capabilities and direct approach provide her clients a unique skill set to help them navigate even the most complex transactions.

Lauren possesses an ambitious work ethic and experience utilizing new technology to reach her intended audience. Strong negotiation and communication skills have helped Lauren to build a diverse real estate portfolio. Third generation in Skaneateles; Lauren received a BS in biology from University at Albany and MSEd from LeMoyne College; working as a high school Special Education teacher before becoming a full time agent. Her leadership and communication strengths facilitate a strong partnership with clients for a seamless transaction from start to finish.

Tom Morrissey

Tom recently moved back to Upstate NY after 27 years of living in the Washington DC area. His expertise will allow the firm to provide  a full array of real estate advisory services; including tenant and    landlord representation, leasing, sales and consulting, along with    investment property valuations/asset management.

Tom will be heading up the formation of Finger Lakes Realty      Partners Commercial Division, and will be leaning on his experience practicing real estate in Northern Virginia since 1998. Tom has been a licensed broker in the state of Virginia since 2004, and became a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2008. CCIMs are recognized experts in all facets of commercial real estate         brokerage, and Tom is excited to bring this level of professionalism and knowledge to the Finger Lakes Realty Partners team. 

During his career, he has produced over $175 million in sales and leasing activities. His area of expertise will be Upstate NY with a   special emphasis on office and industrial properties as well as land sales. 

Ray Tapio

Ray Tapio

Ray permanently relocated to Central New York in 2013 while attending SUNY Oswego after falling in love with the region. While earning his bachelor’s in electrical engineering, he served as a founding member of the IEEE chapter at his alma mater, serving as vice president and campus ambassador.
After graduation, Ray’s employment in the engineering field at multiple global corporations put him hands on with technologies ranging from industrial furnaces to medical devices. On top of his commitment as an engineer, Ray’s service as a volunteer fireman includes two departments. He was voted a member of an emergency dive team after getting his certification wreck diving at Alexandria Bay.
He follows a three-generation family tradition of real estate and insurance brokers, and focused his interest in land and dwelling sales to his current position.
As an engineer, Ray brings attention to detail to his dealings with clients, with the same approach brought to complex land purchases and residential sales. Outside of his busy work schedule, Ray still finds time to continue his pursuit of a pilot’s license and regularly adds to his knowledge of the hidden gems of the region via motorcycle touring during the warmer months.
